Technical Help: IN GAME bugs (after loading world) / Game loads, but can't go anywhere

I\' ve finally got the game installed, but once I log in I can\'t seem to move anywhere. There appears to be alot of lag as well.
I am on a PC and have the min system requirements, plus a broard band connection.
I\'ve tried restarting my computer and server, I have also turned off the sound and reduced the graphics to 16 bit, but have had no luck. What should I do?
