Technical Help: Problems BEFORE entering the game / Omg i cant login my account is gone

I tried to login after updating and i couldn\'t my account is gone the game cant find it but when i try to recreate the account on the wepage it wont let me cause it says my e-mail has already been used anyone know what to do
