Technical Help: IN GAME bugs (after loading world) / Exception_Access_Violation?

jst installed the game yesterday but everytime i play it more than 10 minutes the game crashes and i get this screenshot.....

Any1 got any idea about this?  im running a intel 2.6 ghz, 256mb ram, geforce 4 computer....?
