Technical Help: Problems BEFORE entering the game / Same here

Just joined and downloaded the client. All was well, until I tried to hit \"Next\" or \"Path\". Nothing form that point on. I could hit \"Prev\" and go backward, but not anything past selecting an avatar and a name.
