Technical Help: IN GAME bugs (after loading world) / Help with problem ! Cant see nothing

i get this bug when i get in the game..
i cant see nothing .. but the menu works fine..


just one thing..
when i start the game is says i have no hardware acceleration, but i have a Nvidia geforce4 mx 4000 128mb!

and i play EQ and other games easly
