thank you for your advice, but I must admit that i already read that threads. Maybe it\'s just me but i got some strong orientation problems inside the city too, ah and come to speak of the death world ......

Newbie Help (Start Here) / Don't really know how to start

Hello,
this may sound pretty silly to most of you, but i don\'t have a clue how to \'really\' start playing with my char and making him better. It\'s a dwarf (miner) and i thought like \"Ok, you probably get a pick axe or something from start and now get your a** into a mine....\", but well ok i got no money, no weapon, armor... and no point where to start.
I wonder how you can better with nothing as start equipment - or is there a region somewhere with stuff lying around or so? I found 1 gold ore until now but it seems i will need a lot more when i want a pick axe sometime...
I\'d be glad for ANY help - thank you.
