Ok but u need to take time to read my post too..the 1st 1 included.... I included some info in that MIHT help resolve the problem or might not. But simply not reading the thread and saying \"read blabla post\" which answers nothing isnt how to keep users active and up to date in this community.

I made it clear I had read ALL posts relevant to this bfore posting

The server is down at the moment while we continue to investigate the quest bugs. We believe that we have narrowed down the issue and are implementing a patch to the server. The server should be back up again later tonight. Thank you for your patients.

Thats the post u refer to bfore locking my thread and pointing me to wot I know already. Check the DATE on that post man then answer instead of just locking threads without no answers. A mod is meant to relolve problems not just stop ppl getting answers

haha I just made a post at the same time with that exact message showing in it  :p

Lets hope it leads to some real answers. I have been dying to play PS longer than u know...I tried it like 2 years ago over twhen U couldnt choose even the sex of the char..unfortunately that wasnt well documented as a problem at the time and lead to me not been able to create a char hence I stopped trying.. NOw I come back to find yet another problem preventing ppl from playing this game

I managed to eventually make a user account with Planeshift, successfully did the updates after installing now it should be time to play the game. I am reading lots of posts saying server is down, server isnt down, check the Laaanx page etc but it doesnt answer any questions on the server status.

When I go to start Planeshift I have the login page. At the right side where it shows the Fragnetics server is some very small text. WHen First on the logging screen the small text at the right side of the server name (Fragnetics) Shows \"Waiting 100\" then changes to \"Fail 100\". When I try to connect after that I get the message that server is unavailable. Its been like this since I started trying to play RS last week. I have plenty of time on my hands to keep checking if servers are online and find it impossible to beleive that the servers are down for so long. I have no problem connecting to any other online service I use so the problem is only with this game.

Can anyone give any real info besides links to other posts which dont contain the info this 1 does even. I want to be able to at least try the game bfore having to give it up
