Technical Help: Problems BEFORE entering the game / Character Upload

Yo! I\'m a new player and I\'m having trouble creating my character. When the upload box pops-up, I enter Starburst for my username, password(not telling!) and \"ps.gamiix.com\". But for some reason, My account doesn\'t get uploaded. Please tell me some way to fix that. Mail me at: alex_vassilenko@hotmail.com
