When I try to attack a rat it says that i cant attack them because they are impervious or something like that. please help me if u know what to do!

...man!!....and it still hasent started after what they said would be two hours! Two hours from 3:30!

Every time that I try to log in, it says that the server failed. If anybody knows what I should do, please help me.
