Technical Help: IN GAME bugs (after loading world) / graphic problems

When i go in my account or in the game, all is fine, except that the graphisms are very poor( as in this topic: http://www.planeshift3d.com/wbboard/thread.php?threadid=22597&boardid=33&styleid=3&sid=f1512362166112879c55bca4ca5a0ebd)
the only thing that i have found is this in the console:
 crystalspace.canvas.openglwing:
             No hardware acceleration!

and it said it when i load the game(during the loading)

can you help me please? (sorry for my english but i\'m french)

I\'ve just intall the .013 version of the game, and when i try to start it, i ve a message like it:

Something unexpected happened in planeshift : cristal blue

details : EXEPTION_ILLEGAL_INSTRUCTION at 0042F42A

Can you help me please, because i really want to play this game...

I \'va done all what you said, but when i try to run the updater, he said that this one has find an error and must close, and it do this for the game to, whereas with the .012 version, it worked very well....

PS: sorry for my english but i\'m french

as it\'s impossible for me to download .013 PS, i\'ve downloading.012 Ps, and it runs well, but when i try to upload, it don\'t works any more after, and it is because they said on Ps site that the updater cannot update to .013 now??

will i have to wait, and if yes, how long...?
