Technical Help: Problems BEFORE entering the game / client crushes will trying to load map

hello my character is echisen garoner(garner) i cant remember the second, and every time i try to start the client it crushes. I am at the jayose at the library. Please move my character to the plazza or another location cause every time it tries to load the map it crushes.. Thank you very much...
