Technical Help: Problems BEFORE entering the game / re:Pierz is stuck in Hydlaa_Jose by Exception Access Violation

my character Pierz is stuck in Hydlaa_Jose, in as much as I crashed in that zone, and I crash again before log in is complete. I have run Updater several times, and even un-installed and re-installed CS, to no avail. It is the same Exception Access violation mentioned in all the above posts. I think I need a taxi. plz help
