5.26% edge on a double-0 wheel, or 2.7% edge on a single-0 wheel. Scratch 24 has worse odds than a septuple-0 roulette wheel, and I\'m pretty sure that wouldn\'t get too many takers.

\"I was worried I would be losing money...\" If this is a worry maybe you shouldn\'t be gambling? =) As long as your edge is positive you\'ll make money in the long run, assuming you have the cash reserves to keep playing through unlucky streaks. And if you don\'t have any customers, you won\'t be losing money but you won\'t make any either...

Gotta say that the odds on Scratch 24 aren\'t all that appealing.

Without the mule call, picking 8 gives the best possible returns, a gain of about 2.8% per roll. With the mule call rules, I\'m losing at least 17.75% on every single roll, and much more on most. Of the best non-mule options, a 4 yields a 29% loss and a 14 yields a whopping 70% loss.

And if I score the jackpot... bet on a 24 and make my 512-to-1-against roll... I get a whopping 5X return? No thanks. I think I\'ll save my trias.

(For reference, compare your 17.75% edge to a Vegas casino\'s edge in craps of 0.14%.)

Stars, the sentiment in this quotation is not unreasonable, but its author is less so; couldn\'t you have picked a similar quote from Thomas Jefferson et. al. rather than choosing the one by a lunatic white supremacist?
