Technical Help: Problems BEFORE entering the game / New account, Character Creating

Ok, so when I was going to make my character I wanted to create and Brown haired, brown eyed, Demorian..but since they havn\'t finished making it I won\'t be able to change to hair, eye color, or anything, no matter what race I choose... Plus it\'ll only let me choose either a bright green Kran,a red Diaboli, and a green Klyros... and I really dont like any of them.. So when will I be able to really be able to make a character, because if I make one I don\'t like I\'m going to be stuck with it...

First of all, stop swearing! It\'s stupid and does nothing! Second, I haven\'t even created my character yet and i\'m not complaining. So far I found out how use all of the correct controls, I looked over the rules, and I understand the game when I haven\'t even gone on yet! Wanna know how I did it? Let me spell it out for you,
