Technical Help: Problems BEFORE entering the game / I want to connect and stay online!

I 'm always crashing, having lags, ...
But my biggest problem is: Most of time i can't login! The server is always failed, and when it is online and i log-in, the server is not responding and i'm kicked off it.  :@#\ What to do? ???
