Technical Help: Problems BEFORE entering the game / i had to run the updater to play planeshift but there's a prob

there is prob i had to run the updater to play becasue i counld get into the game the sever said Faild so i update'd it and i can go in but like 5 to 10 mins it says somthing fogot so i update it again for missing files and such but this file wont update into my files its called data/zoneinfo.xml??? PLZ help
