Technical Help: Problems BEFORE entering the game / Server Issues?

Hey,

I\'m trying to log in to the IP: 203.81.47.27 with the user/pass as \"guest\" as the program defaults, and I get the error message \"Server dropped us for unknown reason\".

Any clues?
