My daughter is sweet, and truthful we have tried everything.  Could it be cause we are on the other side of the world? (New zealand)  or is it something else?

Hey there, tis moira's IRL daughter here  :devil:.. i'm here to explain exactly what my mother needs to say instead of what has been said

We don't have a ROUTER, we have a generic ADSL modem from DLINK with a SOFTWARE firewall, called sygate -- as far as we know and are able to see both windows and SYGATE will let planeshift do it's thing.  :sweatdrop:

we did a CLEAN INSTALL (as far as she told me) of 3.016 ...  It told her that she needed to update (fine) the updater was out of date and needed to update (FINE :) )... NOW WHAT? -->  Updated the updater, and couldn't find the mirrors again.  :oops:

We can get planeshift to run, and frangetics will fail and/or what happened above will happen.

She's kinda like on edge, really loves the game and really wants to get back in and play again!  All the technical support you can give will be muchly appreciated!

Ok, got updater working, now I can get to the start page of game to enter my name and password, but keeps telling me that the server is unavailable (even though I know others are getting into the server) why is that????????

must be nice for it to work for some, mine is a complete mess now and not sure I can play planeshift again :(
Still mirror problems after following all the directions, still update not working, still cant play the game   :@#\
Really getting frustrated here :(

Could someone help me with this problem. I go to update after I have installed new version which is patched and have deleted the file version.dat but I still cannont update so that I can go in and play the game.  Updater responds "unable to connect to mir1" cannot find mirror.  Can anyone help quick please!

I went stupidly into the arena and now every time I try to sign into game and get to the page where i see my char on the steps I crash......can something be done please???????  my char is moira flametress........thanks

To the team of Planshift....Just a huge HUG because even thought some of us really play the game alot and miss it we think that you folk are doing a grand job and would not switch even if we are the last "100" people in the game  :D  You are doing a fantastic job and we all wait patiently to see what new things you have for us to test out for you.  Hey, its not often us poor folk can find a game this good and exciting to play where it doesnt cost us our food money for the week .....Keep up the good work :)   Moira

 :love:Moira was wandering about with Merryn Darkwood on the way to the arena.  They were happily chatting away when one of the Gods from above swooped them both up in these large hands  :oops: and swept them away safely until they can return.
