i made my char and stuff and i click him and press join, and the screen with the city backround is ther with the blue bar on bottom loading up but when it gets to | | of finishing my computer freezes altogther...i mean freezes like no ctrl alt del help a newbie out plz

ummm i tried to play the game i mean i DLed and stuff firsit i couldnt get into the world it froze at like 95%, so i reDLed and installed..then i get an expcetion error...any help here? please?
