Technical Help: Problems BEFORE entering the game / stuck

Hello
I am new at this game and run down the stairs and die. ok thats not my prob.
In the death-realm i fall at the first bridge down again and i didnt die. and now i hang up in this cliff and with /unstick i cant go back.
