I'll have to go with the 360 (I love the game Overlord (2007).) Who else has that game?

Okay, so GIMP decided to crash when I was ALMOST finished. Oh well. Because I am a dragon obsessed lunatic, I did a dragon afterwards (I know there aren't dragons in PS, but I had to draw one.)

Okay, and another drawing:

That's Voyde, a sadistic Death Realm guardian. Most ofthis was me going crazy with the galaxy brush xD

The claw thing is to show the pads on the feet. Also, I'm working on something now. Trying shading.

I come bearing the knowledge of... line weight! Oh, and I also found out how to properly colour inked line art on GIMP. Anyway, this is a Derinan (der-I-nan):

They have pale coloured scales ranging anywhere from slate blue to teal to white. The males also often have brightly coloured manes that are usually complimentary to the scale colour (Like in the picture above.) The alpha male (head of the pack, usually the biggest and strongest or, in some cases, the smartest) develops stripes, usually red. These stripes tell other derinans that he is the leader (Like a silver-back gorilla). It also signals other animals to stay away. Derinans can sometimes be tamed as war mounts or pack mule type things. Another thing: Derinans have a very poor sense of sight. Instead, the pads on their feet can sense vibrations, and they also have sensitive feelers hanging over their mouths. They can see colour, but everything to them is blurry. Colours are also emphasized in their point of view. Okay, I’m done.

I might come up with more later. I’m a bit low on creativity.

Mkay.... Art... Thats what Im suppose to post... Right? </Nervous stare>

Well, anyway:

Heres Nerule, AKA "The leader of the crazed demon worshippers."

Just the fact that he's an Enki makes him cliched.... Anyway, he's smart, but not very strong. That's his Dreadlords' job. He doesn't really belive in the demons. Even if he has visions of them. He just uses them to scare his followers and keep them in line. More later!

A Wyvern IS a dragon. And also, I have read the settings some time ago. I must not remember correctly. Sorry 'bout that.

Edit: Since I do't feel like strting a new thread, and probobly shouldn't, here's a horse type thing. One of the NPC's mencions them, so PS must have them. http://www.imghut.net/show.php?img=32046 I added antlers to make them look different then the real life ones.

I wasn't thinking they'd look quite like the dinosaur ones, considering this is a whole different world. Plus you can't really put a saddle on those ones. They need to be ridable. And you need to be able to strap trade goods to them sonsidering they're sometimes used for trade

I decided to draw a pterasaur or however it's spelled) but it ended up more a dragon then a dinosaur ^^; curse my obsession with dragons. Yes, this one's wearing a saddle.

Dude, calm down. I know a few people could be a little more supportive, but hats no reason to snap at them.

thats a pretty good idea. Players can also request a lifespan. Or, if it's some kind of sword, say with the same atributes of a shortsword, devs can go through the players' inventory, and replace one the the players' shortswords with the requested item. Then theres the rP-use only items that have no value or stats (but possibly weight) in game, which wouldn't require a charge (except maybe 10 trias). Sorry, I'm just spewing ideas here. All these ideas are for costums, or one of a kinds. They should have a mini icon on the item icon tosymbolize a custom. Players might provide a model and/or a model, but that would cost 100 000 trias, since it's hard to impliment a new model and everything. Using an exististing ingame model/icon should be much less costly.

Wish list / Re: fall breaking
« on: February 21, 2007, 11:03:39 pm »
Yeah, it would be cool. How it works is the damage you get when you fall at the hight, minus your fall breaking bonus, so that way, if you're trained to and on your feet, theres less chance of dying. As for jumping, I think a good idea is if you jump down 3 metres, there will be no penalty, but the health loss begins after 3 metres, though like I said, enkis have a bonus in fall breaking (I think they would) and maybe there can also be a jumping skill, the higher it is, the higher you can jump? (it couldn't go up too high though.)
