had problem with all 3 of my ati cards even with fully up-dated drivers. Solution:

Sold the basterds and got a MSI FX5500 (Nvidia with 512 mb of video ram)...sweeeet

i have the some prob. but i figured out it only happens when i use a single letter filter eg.

trying to find all players with the letter w in their names, if u use more than one letter like:

it works fine (or it did, i dont know know since my cliend is not working)

PlaneShift client causes my system to crash: keyboard stops working everything, have to hit reset.

Happens after about 6 to 10 mins of game time. Reasons i think its PS:
 1. my system is working fine once im not running PS
2. what else could it be? i just formated my hard drive, all it has is XP, Norton (firewall desabled) and PS, nothing else!!

System:

XP-no service pack
celleron 2.93 ghz
512 ddr
256 mb msi nvidia
256 doiwn 128 up dsl
sound blaster live 24 bit

  im slowly starting to lose it, could somebody help me please:

99.9%, ok 99.8% of the time when i try to leave the forest full of gold, there is a gray screen blocking me; pass through, i crash, run through, i crash, walk backwards, i crash, jump, i crash.

Its right at the point where the brown forest floor turns to sand, to entrance to the forest, or exit however u wana look at it.

Have any of u guys had this problem, and is there a solution?

was working fine for weeks until today when there was a server crash. after loading, the screen just turned grey, i could still see the chat window and the menu buttons. when i pressed 'm' to change cam view i got message 'unknown'. what should i do, i tried restarting my computer: nothing, changing resolution: nothing, searched for updates: nothing. what now?

well it got worse, the client is crashing as soon as it gets to the loading screen. its the violation error, so i deleted the cam_d...somehting htm file form my options folder like the fix said (posted by dave) and it still crashing at load screen

lol, get this after i deleted the htm file the client still crashed so i ran the updater and the updater put back the file...i taught that file was my problem, updater did not think so...still crashing...
