Thanks for the link, even though i couldn't find the solution to the 6969DCA0 error, I now know where to send it to and get it checked out.

Ok, most of you might remember me, I was the user back in July who mentioned the 6969DCA0, ERROR, message. Also the PS just crashing with no warnings at all. Well now that I've waited a few months and theres a new version, Iv tried and i still get the same thing as allways. I just wanted to know if anyone has found a solution to these problems.

The crashing still happens even with spysweeper off and norton off. I don't know why this hapens i guess my computer doesn't like planeshift.

It doesnt matter what I do the error would happen. It actually happens more then usual. Iv tried quick paths and still happnes.

Ok I had thought i got rid of this by rebooting but it seems to come back. This 90% of the time happens in character creation. Im not asking for help much (a little would help :P)
all I am asking though is if someone has had this problem in the past.

Ok I petty much got rid of 6969ADCO error. But now I have to get rid of this one, ok the problem is after loading world and playing for a few minutes windows closes the program, and theres no error message or anything. I've updated my drivers, updated game, and got the patch. I checked the event program on my computer and theres nothing there saying when it crashed. It's not my firewall I have turned it off many times before, and it still closes. I don't know if it has anything to do with another program i got spysweeper, it's a program that quarintines spyware, and it quarintined a adware when I d/l PS. Anyway, I am sure my system specs match up with this game, because I can run half life 2 on my computer fine without it ever closing. Before you tell me "reinstall it" I have many times I have also d/l'd from all the mirrors and bit torrent, and I still get the same results. Also like to mention that I posted this same problem before but yet to have any help hopefully with all this info you can help me more, thank you.

Is this the right version it says 3.15b but the toolbar is different from what the site shows me.

All my drivers are up to date. Iv reinstalled re down loaded it. It seems nothing works. I dontknow whats wrong, its really really annoying.

I'v re-dowloaded it and re installed twice and still deosnt work. Iv searched on these forums for soemone who posted a similar error code, and it's only me. Which completely sucks.  this is like the seventh I had post my system specs :lol:

I dont know how I can tell you more? Thats what it says. I don't know why it happens only that it happens randomly (mostly during character creation and and while staring games. Can someone please help me! I'm about two minutes from deleting this game and forgetting that I ever found it! :@#\

It didn't help. DO you think I could've downloaded it from a bad mirror? maybe i should downlaod from a different mirror? I'l check back with you if it doesn't then im quiting this game and dowladin RoE.
