Technical Help: IN GAME bugs (after loading world) / Wont stop running

I was in the death realm, and I was running across the bars, the ones that some spots are broken and you fall underneath to the tunnel. Well I somehow managed it where im almost in the tunnel running into the bars. They are like at waist level now. And my guy wont stop running. OK, soomehow i did something that made him run out of energy real fast, now I;m good again.

Death Realm, seems like a nice friendly place =). And also, as for the whole game, is there any walk through that helps you with the very beginning of the game? I saw that guide thing but it didnt help me much :/

yea, well first of all i have no idea how to do anything. see how much of a noob i am? i walked around, clicked on a few people, something started going down, my health i guess, so i ran away. ran into a bug, clicked on it and then pressed angry, that attack him i hope?? well then i died. now im in a strange place and dont know what to do, as usual.
any help? ;D

Why is it only a demo? Is there a full version? Did I download the wrong thing?

The updater did not work for me either. It would open up then the microsoft error would come up saying that it had to close the program. So i removed it from my computer and am now trying to download via utorrent, not the mirrors like I did before.

When I go to start the game, this pops up. And yes, I did spell it right. The whole message is : Something unexpected happened in PlaneShift: Crystal Blue Details: EXCEPTION_ACCESSS_VIOLATION at 00CA901C     Would you like to save as a diagnostic file?
