Technical Help: Problems BEFORE entering the game / Game Servers

Hi,
I have a question about PlaneShift Crystal Blue game server (Fragnetics)
. I recently installed blue shift and tools to help with bugs, but im not sure wats wrong with that game server. On my computer it says that its currently offline, is it because of the time?too late? or maybe it's because a bug and need to be repaired. PLease answer this and let me know what's wrong
