yeah I know, I am just glad to see you're still running things... so is old skagwort and all really gone? I know he was trying to leave when I was. (School comes way before mmo's or I'd have stayed on)

Technical Help: Problems BEFORE entering the game / No graphics in game, pregame error saying no acceleration

It's been a number of years since I've played planeshift, and i got dragged away by school, but winter break is coming up and i feel extremely nostalgic.
When I bring up the game, I recieve an error message briefly at the top saying no acceleration found. I log in and then select my character, and then the game loads a mostly black screen except for the UI stuff like the option and the chat box. I'm not getting any kind of chat messages or system messages.
I don't know if that error message before hand is the issue or if the problem is something like where my toon was when i last played doesn't exist anymore.
I know my system is a bit old, but it used to run planeshift just fine. I have a Radeon 9200 graphics card, 2 gigs of memory, a duel core, 2.4ghz processor and tons of hard drive space. The game is updated, I think my system fits the requirements, I tried changing settings in game and out of game, but nothing seems to work.
Any help is appreciated! I really miss my old guildies!
