Technical Help: IN GAME bugs (after loading world) / Not in death realm. Stuck and /unstick doesn't help.

It seems that I have fallen between a wall and a mountain. I am not in death realm so understandably I do not want to use /die to fix the problem. /unstick just puts me in the same spot. Apparently the game sees it as a valid position. Please help.
