Newbie Help (Start Here) / Player guide?

Sticky player guide above has some nice general information but as a total newbie im a bit confused. I need a kick start. Are there any maps of the cities? What are the first few quests I should be doing, where are the npcs? Where do I find the MOB's i have to kill? So on and so forth, are there any detailed guides for your first few hours of play?
