Technical Help: IN GAME bugs (after loading world) / yellow potions personal bug

greetings,
it seems that yellow potions and light yellow potions dont work on me.
i have WIL 80(80), or 80(100) when having the "SBA of clear thought" equipped.
i want to equip the "darkweave LS" but it needs more than 100 WIL
so i try yellow / light yellow potions but both do not work no matter if sba is equipped. all other potions do work as expected
logged in a dozend of times since the effect took place
so is this a bug? or something to do with the WIL-altering sba?
