no fraid not..as i said before. i accidentally deleted the character off my computer when my version of planeshift wouldn\'t work because the updater would never complete a download and i uninstalled the program to install the full new version. when i installed the new version, it would not let me connect with the old character because it would tell me that someone else had the name and password instead. in other words, it refused to connect me to my old account because my old character was nowhere on my comp to use. unless you can send me a copy of my old character file, i will request or even plead that my items for my old character be placed to my new one named annielle. is this possible?

for some reason, when i do my updates with the planeshift updater, it never finishes the update, it stops, says an error and just cancels...how can i get the updater to download all of the update instead of only part of it?
