Technical Help: Problems BEFORE entering the game / Loading issue

 :@#\Ok last night when i loaded all was fine. now every time it loads or finishes i get a error messege. so i figured id be smart and re install. same thing? so i checked the error log and it says it couldnt find 3 files. What am i to do? please help
