[And on that note Id like to say Dakara has been captured and the 2 of 7 scrolls she had retrieved. Also I'd like to say congrats to Andoryn for getting the 20k reward for the scrolls and getting the secret prize of 2 silverweave short swords. There is still a 50k reward left, 10k for each scroll :) Good Luck.]

lol yeah I have to admit I did kinda take this name from .hack howver I spelled it with 2 s's instead of one
its Haseo not Hasseo lol.  Besides that name I really didint take anything from that show.  Yeah yata is also from that show but the reason I used that name has nothing to do with the show.  If it makes you feel better though Ill change the name to of my master to Tiran.  Happy?  ;D
You watch too much tv lol.  As for my name Im not changing it. Ive been using it for a while now. Besides the name does everything seem alright? That story of mine has nothing to do with any other show. Im pretty sure of it ;)

Ps: Ive never actually watched the show just heard the names

Ok first Id like to say that anyone can learn this style.  There are secret teqniques only taught to loyal students and masters but anyone can try to learn the style.  No guarantee that if you train hard at it that you will suceede in mastering whichever form of the style you choose.

As for the history:

This style was originally created by a man named Yata.  When he 1st discovered his ability to channel magic in this way he trained hard so he could channel all forms of magic.  Thus he created the Magician's Fist style.  He is its only true master.  He tried to teach others the style as well and gathered many followers.  I Hasseo was one of his followers and his 4th pupil.  One thing he noticed though was that when students tried to learn this style they usually would only pick one of two groups of magic.  Their bodies would only use energy from the correct group of magic.  Because of this Master Yata seperated the Magician's Fist into 2 subclasses, or two branch styles.  The Elemental Fist, what most students mastered, and the Chaos Fist, with fewer but more powerful students.  Yata was the grand high master of the style and the school in which he taught these styles.  When he was not teaching he was training, continuing to master the skills he had and developing new ones.  It was believed that Yata was able to wield great powers that he did not teach.  He wrote these powers in a scroll called "Principles of the Magician's Fist."  It was not until Yata's unexplained death that the scroll's reality was noticed.  With the revealing of the scroll and the death of Yata came a question, "Who would become the master and who would read the scroll and master teqniques that our own master forbid?"  A week after the funeral of Yata war broke out between students of the Elemental and Chaos fist styles.  It was decided that the side who won the war would claim the title of grand high master and be able to use the scroll.  In the end the Chaos fist students won the war but a battle started within their own ranks on who would claim the title.  In the end there was a war between all students winner take all and losers suffering death.  In the end I Hasseo was the last standing and the last student of Yata alive.  I hid the scroll and its secrets for a long time wondering whether or not to use them.  Then the answer came to me.  To prevent this from happening again I would do what Yata did not.  Instead of hide these secrets of power I would share them but only with those who could be trusted instead of no one at all.

And with this Hasseo calls himself the new grand high master...

[would this story be good enough? also Im thinking on making the name Fist of the Magicain or Arcane fist...which one is better?]

Ive been thinking about it and have deicided to use the same basic idea only change up the guild so its not a rip off.  Im also changing some of the names and rules and to not push actual game mechanics away Ive found a way to include the game mechanics even though the guild will still be rp based.

New Guild Name: [still not sure...maybe Arcane Knights or Arcane Fist...]

The new fighting style is called The Magician's  Fist.  Its still a fighting style based on high speed attacks but it works differently now.  There will be two different styles that the guild will rp teach.  Both styles work by drawing magical energies and channeling them through the body.  These energies are used to increase speed and strength and those who are the greatest masters can even channel some of the actual magic out of their bodies through fist fighting. [There is a stat you cant train yet in-game that talks about something familiar to channeling energy outside the body.  So whenever this works to back up this idea with game mechanics students would train in this skill too.]

The Elemental Fist- in which the user focues on red, brown, azure, and blue way to draw energy inorder to preform the attacks.  Those who master the Elemental Fist style will be able to use the four ways of magic in combination with their actual attacks.  Most will only be able to draw on the energies from the four elements inorder to complete high speed attacks.[Those who also which to use game mechanics to back up their character need only to train in the four magic ways as well as have strength, agility, and endurance]

The Chaos Fist- in which the user focuses on the crystal and dark ways of magic inorder to draw energy for their attacks.  Those who use this style will have a harder time mastering their fighting style because they have less energies to draw upon[so they would have to rp the hard work and struggle].  Those who attempt to master this style must lean energy conservation in-order to become affective fighters.  Once mastered though you can use one of 2 secret family techniques unique only to them.[Game mechanics will strength, agility, endurance, charisma, crystal and dark way.]

Ranking System- No matter what branch of the style you pick you still go through the same ranks and once you have become an adept user of the style [not necessarily master] you join others of your same style.  You still fight against others of your same rank while training no matter what style you are learning.  In the beginning you have the same final exam but as you move up in ranks the different styles will be tested on different things.[Rp training is necessary and actual training is advised]

Arcane student- You start off here trying to learn skill in whatever magic you wish to use.

Fight Student- After you have learned the magic you learn the actual fighting skills you need as well as start to work on speed.

Apprentice- Once at this level you are learning from another who has already gone through training

Fighter- This rank is all about rp fighting.  We will have many tournaments for members of this rank.  They will fight each other[rp fighting] and depending on how well they do[not just being strong but knowing their characters limits and actually proper rping] they will be promoted

Learned Student- You have gained a certain level of expertise at one of the fighting styles and are successfully able to accomplish many adept moves.

Elemental Fist- Those who have become adepts and or masters of the Elemental Fist come here.  They are in charge of teaching Apprentices.

Chaos Fist- Those who have become adepts and or masters of the Chaos Fist style come here.  They are in charge of teaching Apprentices.

Teachers- Teachers are the greatest masters of each style picked to teach the Arcane and fight students as well as watch over competitions and fights between guild members.

Headmaster- The Headmaster like all people in the guild has only mastered on style of the Magicians Fist and is responsible for making sure all are taught well.  The Headmaster keeps peace and order in the guild and once a month anyone may rp challenge the Headmaster to a duel.  If the person wins they become the new head master and the old headmaster becomes a teacher.  This way if the Headmaster is thought unfit to run the guild or is thought weak someone better for the job can be chosen.  The Headmaster and the teachers are the keepers of all the technique secrets and only teach those worthy of it.

[yeah most likely the best thing would be to change the idea up a little lol.  Its cause I still want it to be kinda like that cause I thought it would be cool to do it...ok Ill rewirte the idea and change it some cause your right...Its pretty much a rip off from Naruto.  Didnt think anyone actually watched that show but me :sweatdrop:.  Most likely Ill keep the rules and everything the same but Ill just switch up names and stuff.  I think the rules would still work out nicely and that for the most part its the names that are stolen.  In truth the reason I did it this way was because of my character.  I noticed when I was thinking about making a guild that my character was like rock lee from the show and decided to use the name he used for the technique.  Then I took the Head Family stuff from Neji but made up the rules as well as the Headmaster role.  The purity part was all Neji but the actual concept on getting into the Head Family was pretty different.  Im thinking about renaming everything and changing the teqnique but Im not sure if I should....what do you all think?  Can I keep the same teqnique idea because I rp it already or totally change it.]

[also dont know why but im "not allowed" to send personal messages...]

[yeah the whole Hidden Lotus thing is pretty much from naruto.  I wanted to use the fighting style and I liked the name so much that I wanted to keep it....I didnt know of any flowers that were in Yliakum but if I did it would obviously make more sense to use one of those flowers.  Besides the name issue any more suggestions or problems and do you think others would be intrested in this kind of guild?]

[This guild does not exist yet but Im hoping that if the idea is thought to be good and maybe tweaked it will become a guild.  It would be a guild that is based solely on rp.  Actual training and such would not be a requirement only something you could do on your own.  This guild would be strictly for rpers because all it really is is one big rp.]

The point of the guild is to study and master a form of combat called the Hidden Lotus[style of rp fighting].  The Hidden Lotus is a form of fist fighting done at high speeds using up energy that comes from the body, mind, and environment.  It is a style of combat that any can master with the proper teaching.  It is belived by those who are learners of the Lotus that the "purity" of your Lotus is genetic and can be carried down through family blood lines.  Those who are said to have pure Lotus skills master the lotus faster and are easyily able to gather energy from the mind, body, and environment.  This guild will preserve the Hidden Lotus style as well as the purity of the Lotus making sure it continues to bloom in the blood line of families untainted. [Overall this guild wont just teach you to rp the Hidden Lotus but kinda to rp as a whole.  To go up in ranks isnt about being the strongest most god like rper.  It would be about the "purity" of your lotus.  How well you conserve energy and how well you are willing to admit your limits and defeat in an rp that will affect promotions the most.]

Ranking System- The goal of all members is to fall into either the Branch or Head family after mastering the Hidden Lotus.[Mastering it will have to do with rp training as well as rp battles with memebers of your own class.  Points are awarded in battle and in class and you will need a certain amount of points to take the "final exam" to see if your ready for the next level]

Lotus Seedling- The begining rank where you are taught the basics of combat[rp] and start to learn how to ue your own energy.

Primary Lotus- At this level you start to learn how to absorb energy from the environment and combine it with your own energy.

Secondary Lotus- At this point speed becomes a major factor.  You learn to use energy to complete high speed movements.

Blooming Lotus- This is where the fighting starts getting intense as you start to advance your Lotus into new moves[creating original but believable moves based on what was previously learned]

Lotus Master- You only can make it here if youve mastered speed, energy, and original fighting technique.  Here you learn the most powerful family moves and must master one of them inorder to progress [No original moves will be allowed to exceed these moves.  Also these moves all have the side effect of depleting all energy so mastery also requires learning that these are to be used as a last resort.]

Hidden Lotus- At this level you enter the Hidden Lotus.  You have mastered all aspects of the fighting style but one final test decides whether you become Head family or Branch Family.  You must master the aspect of energy conservation.  The reason it is not taught is because its a skill that you have on your own if your lotus is pure.

Branch Family- All those with unpure Lotus's come to this family.  Its main purpose is to protect the Headmaster and Head Family at all cost.  The Branch Family is allowed to marry outside the guild or inside its family but not allowed to marry those within the Head Family or those trying to master the Lotus.

Head Family- This family leads the guild.  It makes most minor decisions and must only alert the Headmaster and gain his opinion before acting.  This family contains the the members with the purist Lotus's and may only marry others inside the head family.

Headmaster- The teacher of the Hidden Lotus.  While the Headmaster is the leader of the guild there are 2 important facts to be known about him/her.  1st is that he/she does not have complete control over the guild.  The Head Family may make decisions without him unless they are matters of fighting and war.  It is the Headmasters job mainly to teach and make sure the Lotus is passed down. The Head family keeps order in the guild.  Second a new Headmaster can be choosen in only 2 ways.  Either the old Headmaster dies and has his/her successor chosen or all members of the Head Family feel one of their own deserves to be Headmaster.  At that point both fight and the winner becomes the new Headmaster, the loser becoming part of the Head Family.

[The reason for the rules about marrige is because of the fact that the Lotus style is belived to be genetic. So inorder to keep the Lotus pure the Head family can only marry those also pure.  The reason for the Headmaster to be dethroned is because he/she is to be the most pure.  He/she can not marry so his/her Lotus is untainted.  Also there is an alternate way to make it into the Head Family.  If you are born into the Head Family then you are automatically apart of it but you still need training.]
