Technical Help: Problems BEFORE entering the game / Walking and running speed

Hello.
About 6 months ago I played this game about 2 weeks. I had no problems in anything... Now I\'m back
. Too bad there is a serious problem. When I move (walk or run), my speed is about 3x slower than other players\' speed. I have tried updating 3d card\'s drivers and setting vsync off, but they haven\'t worked. Oh yes, also tried the Win98/Me compatibilty mode. Ah, and my character is deleted (ok, it\'s not a problem).
Anyone else has similar problem with walking and running speed? Thanks for help.
