Linux Specific Issues / Sound disappears after a while of playing

Hi i have sound working when i start to play but after some time (often with a map change) the sound just stops.  An interesting thing I have noticed is that when this happens the writing that appears in the middle of the screen such as "You cannot dig in the same place twice" etc always has the letter s corrupted.  Nothing I do to the settings will bring it back except close and restarting PS.

I hope this extra little piece of info helps to track down the issue.

Technical Help: IN GAME bugs (after loading world) / Duel was yielded and I was teleported!!

I was in a duel with elaura when I cast 2 energy arrows on her.  I got teleported to another location, yielded and lost the duel

Here are the sequence of messages in the system window

You start casting spell energy arrow
You shoot arrow of energy at your target
You've gained some practice points in Crystal Way.   Here I cast the next energy arrow
You've lost 3.33 Duel Points.
You've lost the duel against Elaura!
You yielded to Elaura
Moving back to valid position in sector magicshop...



On the second cast I got the spell effect of casting then wham I was elsewhere.  I cast the spell using a shortcut by clicking the button (no key presses)

This has happened to me several times today whilst I am trying to get crystal 20.  The last time I was a hair's breadth from 20 and then when I came back in im back at only having trained 50% of the way.

In reply to an above post when I repurchase the training it never jumps forward

An additional thing I have noticed in the System tab when i reach the end is it says I cant buy anymore training (fully trained) and if i kep buying every now and then there is a message "you purchase training message"
