I wonder about 2 things

Was it really possible to use this bug without knowing it ? 
And if so ... what if my Character is innocently wiped away ?

and ... *cough*

Have maybe the Guild-Houses been payed with that money ?
And if so ... *cough* ... what ?

I really would say it should be told public how the exploit worked to make all players be sure if they're save or not.

I don't want you to think that I'm always complaining or giving rants - But:

It seems not only the gods seem to go crazy.

When I was developing my mining and crafting abilities, there were days when the only thing I could do to receive the needed PP for my further training was meeting the Mobs.

One special mob, to be honest and when it was "free" which was not often, I fought him several times.

If I now think about this one only spawning once an hour, I'm sure I would still not be able to craft steel stock because I wouldn't have had the PP for the training.

Please think about this.

1. Don't kill me with daggers, I want to die more heroic: Use a Long-Sword.
2. I can not be killed by Dwarfs or other inferior beeings.

Hey all,

as said in the topic, this is a very very silly question, but I have to ask it ... and you will soon understand why ...

My ISP made my internet connect kind of new ... and it started again yesterday ...

It looked well, but every now and then I lost the connection and my machine had to reconnect.

Now the silly thing ...

whenever my connect died I saw that afterwards the planeshift server also restarted ...

Do I kill the server with my half ready connection  ?

If so ... please don't kill me for that ... I already feel heavily responsible for that ...

Yay, thanks for your answers.

Helped me to take the decision of whether or not using it ICly ... but some people really do hard work to post their history and information 'bout their ancestors in the forum and I think its kind of sad not to use this information.

But in the end, you are right ... it's probably OOC-Knowledge.

This discussion brought me to another (nearly similar) point ...

What about the ingame description of the chars ?

Would be also OOC, when I follow this thread ... you agree ?

first of all: I have moved to another city and I am only able to use the internet at work for about 2 weeks, so I say sorry, if this is a silly question that could have been answered by myself if I had tried the new client. (Reading forums at work is one thing ... but playing just impossible)

So hear (read) my question:

Is it possible to sit on chairs in an "normal way" for any chars ? (My last remembrance is that it looked kinda weird if you climbed a chair and sat down on it ... Has that changed in the new version ?)

I'm playing Planeshift .. and I never get annoied, fedup, bored or irritated...  :sorcerer:

And I am a fan of Planeshift so far ... I love it ... I love the work of the Dev-Team ... the forums ... and ... ah ... I love it all

If there is "Planeshift" written on it you only get the best !!
