Technical Help: Problems BEFORE entering the game / Your character data could not be loaded from the database.....

"Your character data could not be loaded from the database.Please contact tech support about this"

I got this message when i try to log in with some of my chars.

I have 4 chars,only the 2 firsts(the oldest ones) seems affected .

If someone can help, it would be great.

in fact i don't know if those 3 are creating restarts,i haven't tried yet ,should i ? :D
but if you say they are parts from warriors who tried killing carkarass it's okay then,i understand better now :)

It's really not fun ,if every time someone try to pick up an object from the floor the server restarts....but we have to deal with that for now.
Hope this will be fixed soon.
I think the items laying on DR floor should be removed ,a 5 spiked shield,a platinum claymore and a pair of banded mail boots,i'm sure every time someone will meet those items,he or she'll try to pick them up,and server will restart.
So removing those will help a lot i believe :)

I'm not really obsessed by getting winch access ,i only wanted to know if there's something that can help.
I can deal with the idea of never getting there,and i'm still having fun anyway,PS is great and i like it much   :)

i agree there there are multiple ways, i know 2 atm,the only thing is i discarded quests needed for both a long time ago and i can never have the needed quests again ....is there a 3rd way to enter the winch ? or any other solution to help me with that ?
