Technical Help: Problems BEFORE entering the game / Updater problem, plz help =(

Everytime I run the updater it gets stuck at 75% of file spiral.dll. Ive tried quite a few times to get it to dl, even left it there for 20 minutes...any help is appreciated, thanks
