« on: September 14, 2007, 04:59:11 pm »After a bug made me disqualify from a tournament on my birth day, I think this will be the next worse day in my life because of PS (well not directly PS, but) today I had organized my marriage party, and now it seems everything ruined...

Try to make a new char and try to do Metallurgy at level 20 with this new rules . And do that with this "wonderfull new system" implemented at iron and coal mines(dont forget gold mines) , furnace , stock casting and , not in the last , in inventory . Dare you ?...
Let's see what remains for us in this game :
- if i want to fight i must do that in arena (laggy , laggy , laggy)
- i cant keep my swords in hands because i can hurt somebody (btw i can interact with another caracter only in war or duel)
- Laanx tell me to learn some crafting . Show me please one crafter which made a spoon or another object except , swords , axe , daggers etc . But the war and the fight became prohibited .
Oh yes , role-play , all the time . Right , is necesary . But the whole game become a theatre , talk , talk , talk . No action no possibility to train ( without money you can't train) , no adventure , nothing but talk .
I loved this game for realism . It wasn't a game , it was another planet , another world but a real world . From now the realism is gone . What remains ? Just a game , boring and hard to play...
Sorry about my words but im realy sad . A wonderfull world have been destroyed ....Why?

« on: August 15, 2007, 11:55:14 am »I've said before that I was in favor of a more realistic mining system, and I, for one, and very happy to see this step taken. As a newer player, I don't resent the loss of easy money at all! ^_^
If an economic unbalance does occur, I do prefer saladasalad's idea of raising iron prices. Things like this are delicate, though, and I think it is important that we, the players, understand that economics require a good bit of tweaking to be both fair and feasible.
Nice , very nice !I just trained today a level at Crystal Way . Are you curious how much i payed for that ? 36036 trias and 858 PPs . I am an advanced player so i can carry 47 gold ore . That means 28576 trias because i can process my gold . What do you say about a new player?
Are you sure about this "more realistic mining system" ?
Btw all game became unbalanced , dont you think ?

Ok . First - who knows me can tell you :
- i dont run in plazza
- i dont have weapons in my hands , except duel time , when i must kill a big creature (ulbernaut) or practice time
- im ready to help everybody , beeing ready to go from Hydlaa to Ojaveda or Bronze Doors to show the way for somebody new
- i helped and i will help a lot of ppl with money , weapons , informations
- i was/am ready to protect somebody weak or innocent against a stronger or an evil character
- im trying to play fair , to be a kind person , to answer nicelly (sry about my english is not my native) , to help
but ,
PLEASE dont try to force me to do something in a world where you can force somebody only with weapons in your hands !
If anybody wants the XXI century rules in the middle age i will ask him/her nicelly to go and play "Sims"
I love fighting as much as i love to help .
That is the reason for my posts .

First, this isn't "medieval" world, it's a fantasy world with a relatively medieval feel. But that's quibbling.
"please roleplay your caracter,you are in a medieval world" Laanx words . So im in a medieval world and i will keep my swords in my hands . Try to read something about middle age , i love that world .

You are right , i have level 100 at swords(max) so i can run with them in my hands , and never i will cut somebody in my way . Did you see ? My swords level is higher then my bare hands level so is more safe for all to be with swords in my hands then without them . Btw we are in a medieval world or not ? If we are in a medieval world , the weapons are parts of my body ...( sorry about my poor english)

Imagine the follow situation:
You cut a corner in a crowded city. Suddenly someone with two swords in his hand runs into you and you feel a heavy pain in your chest all of a sudden.
"Excuse me, Sir" *coughs blood* "Is this your sword in my..." *coughs* "...chest..." *faints and dies*
Think that this is just made up? Well, I have to tell you that this happens in PS all the time.
I think it is ok to run with drawn weapons in the wilderness but in a crowded city? So, please sheath your weapons when entering a town to evoid certain accidents. I'm pretty sure that you don't need your weapons within the walls of a peaceful town.
