Technical Help: IN GAME bugs (after loading world) / Game Crash When Just Getting In Game

Hi can anyone please help I just downloadded the game, registered , made myself a character but when I join the game it stops responding?

My PC specs are:
   Windows Vista Home Premium
   AMD Athlon64 X2 3800+
   1024MB RAM
   ATI RADEON X1300HM
   160GB HDD
   And I have a 384kbps dsl internet connection.

The game is fully updated.
