Technical Help: Problems BEFORE entering the game / When starting the game something pops up

When i double click on the client to get into the game it loads for a few seconds and then something pops up and it says

can someone tell me how to fix this problem so i can play?

OMg planeshift has returned? its been a while since ive played i guess i forgot about planeshift its been about 5 years since ive last played  SO IM BACK HAHA THE WORLD OF PLANESHIFT HAS MISSED ME AND IM BACK!!! woot!
