((OOC: Dude. Tasadar. Read the last two posts, there are no more orcs. Lol... that?s why I am a bloody rag heap. Let me just get this part in :] ))
As Toru began to read the parchment he felt a slight tingling sensation running through hi body... the magic flowing through his veins like chill ice...
\"EnraTa... Crntal-jin... Eft nourtaus.... Mithas!....\"
He held his breath, fearing that even the sound of his breathing would disrupt the spell... the tingling faded...
And Toru waited...
And he waited...
.......................
\"Grah! I should have known I wouldn?t have been able to cast the dam thing...\" And with that he crumpled up the piece of paper and hurled it into the river. With a shout, Larien attempted to catch the parchment but was unable to lest he fall headfirst into the river himself.
\"What was that for? Now what are we going to do with him? We are miles until the next town an.\" A slender hand, placed upon his shoulder interrupted him. \"Waah?\" He said as he spun around, hand on his sword hilt ready to confront the hands owner...
.........
Larien\'s jaw must have been hanging open... for the slender Woman standing there gave a slight chuckle, a smile playing on her sharp... but extraordinarily beautiful face. \"Who are you?\" Demanded Toru as his jaw also dropped... his gaze held captive by this lovely sprite... at least that is what she appeared to be anyway. Her long hair, tainted slightly blue ran down well past her divinely curved shoulders and her slender waist.
The woman simply laughed at them, a laugh akin to the babble of a summer stream, and walked past... going to the place where Keldain lay. A look of concern passed over her face... like that of a caring mother for an injured child. Keldain\'s labored breathing was apparent, as was his pale white complexion, do to the extreme loss of blood.
The woman shook her head... almost scolding as she caressed Keldains head in her arms. His breathing eased and color returned to his face and skin... his wounds closing in on them selves very much like the water on the surface of a lake, leaving only scars behind.
Keldain slept...
The Sprite moved to where Bill lie... bowing her head in honor to the dead and easing the pained features left upon his face. She then returned to where Toru and Larien and the rest of the party stood.
Walking in front of Toru she took his hand in hers... placing a small crystal vial in his hand and then closing his fingers around it.
\"Who are you?\" Toru said again.
The sprite simply glanced back to where Keldain lay and said a single word...
\"Mother\"
And with that she walked over to the river bank... and was gone...
Keldain sat up on his elbows, blinking against the oddly bright sunlight. \"What... what happened?\" He said, looking about the battlefield. \"You where near death... A woman claiming to be your mother came and. heald you... she also gave me this\" He said, showing him the vial.
Keldain Laughed. \"That?s novel... Toru... Haven\'t I told you? I have no mother\"
((OOC: That should make it yet more interesting
))
