Technical Help: Problems BEFORE entering the game / Help please

When im loading the game i got this message in the top of screen, then the game loads but i cant see the graphics of my character and my PC becomes slow :/

I have 1giga RAM,  Radeon 128mb, 2.0ghz Athlon

Help me please and sorry for my bad english.
