I need some help with password recovery or reset. When I registered I used a roadrunner email account. comcast bought out timewarner in my area since that time and my old roadrunner email address is no longer valid, therefore a new password reset email can not be sent to that address. There does not seem to be any facility to update my new email address. I have worked on my character for a long time and his state of development represents many many hours of game play that I do not want to lose. If I cannot recover my character I would not even want to play anymore. :sweatdrop: please contact me @email removed

I have had that same problem with that same quest. It turned out to be a problem with my NPC interaction rather than the quest. There have been several times that I believed a quest was broken and only once has it actually been a problem with the quest. In almost every case it has been an issue with my interaction with the NPC. I suggest you try asking the NPC "about" everything you can think of related to the quest and also try telling the NPC in question "who" sent you. I can almost guarantee you the quest is not broken but that you have not asked or stated the the right trigger phrase. >o)
