If they were seperate, advisors would have a tough time advising.

It does. I play at least every other day for at least an hour, although at unusal times. I've been setting up booths at the plaza, which has attracted some attention as well. If you are willing to join, contact Serq in game, and we'll work it out. I'm afraid we don't have a swarming guild population, but I plan out little events and gigs, so there's often something to do.
I have no books and everyone wants them, now I have them and nobody asks...
Does this idea still exist?
I'm not sure if Sangwa is still running this; the Bard specific Guilds seem to have disappeared (apologies to anyone if this is not the case). You might want to consider either running one yourself or speaking to the Imperial Scholars, whose Arts Path offers the following: "The embodiment of imagination and self expression, directly linked to cultural development. Concerned topics: Painting, acting, singing, literature, etc."
Ask Serq Feht if he would plan another singles event for during that time.
