or figure out why my other one is apparently online when it clearly isnt ... it might be my pc though because it lets me on at my mates, ( who isnt on when i try to get on ) but not on when im here .....

Ok, im on msn to my mate at the moment who says he downloaded your client, then went to update it but got a like 200-300mb update or something still a bit sketchy because apparently it wiped all his core window files and he had to re-format his pc :(  

he doesnt know the name of the virusses but it has a korean name apparently,

So basically guys, thers someone out there taking advantage of your client ?  making a nice virus out of it :S or he may just have a dodgy pc .... but dodgy pc\'s dont just wipe themselves

please check it out guys, coz its not good.......

Right,  at home i get the problem but if i try and play the game at my mates,  everything is fine !! and it works perfect....... erm so maybe its summat to do with the client / pc ?

I\'m getting the same error because i created a new char by the name conspiracy,  because \"paradox\" was apparently in game and has been for the last 4-5 hours ....... summats dodgy ....... any help please .. :)

After all that my pc cant handle it  ?(
thing is it managed return to castle wolfenstein ( with cak graphics hehe ) Legend of mir 3,  DAoC kinda..... but this one is killing it   :(  nm keep up the good work guys, i shud have a new pc by the time its all upto beta :)

Ok i re downloaded them again into my c:\\ still get the same thing when i run the .bat file

this is the files i have in the folder

there right arent they? only thing i can think of is the double \".\" between the \"partx..partx\"   ......

shouldnt the files be the same ?  i downloaded the exact same ones at my mates and it worked fine, he is on win98 as well,  but when i try it its just GAY :(  ive almost red/l again .... so ill repost ... and check file names

Im running with a win98  there all in the same directory but  d drive ? if that makes any difference ... ( not cd-rom drive )   erm i re-downloaded the files still didnt work but im halfway through re-downloading em again into my c drive ........ thanks if you can help

Nope, that was down at my mates,  downloaded exact same files and it still doesnt work,  :( so i cant play it at home  X(

Make it so it doesnt save the last persons user + pass and possibly * out the password :)  just a security thought

Ok i have downloaded the five seperate patches, and the run_me_first.bat but when i double click this it doesnt do anything,  well it does but not installation .... everything is in the same directory .... help ?
this is what it says
