Mac OSX Specific Issues / hashing error

When i update the files this is what i get .....
compiling list of files to update(this may take a few minutes).....error hashing

updating docs ...done
updating support....done
updating art ...done
updating mac- specific files
error updating file psclient.app/icon

when i try to open psclient or psedit nothing happens im sure i am missing somthing any help would be greatly appreciated
