Technical Help: Problems BEFORE entering the game / loading error

when i shall enter the game after the tutorial it comes a window that says: "Something unexpected happened in PlaneShift: Crystal Blue
Details: EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION at 21DF1DE4 would you like to save a diagnostic file?"
then the program shuts down. what shall i do and what does it mean???

and when i try to update it says that the update client runs out of mirrors.
