Technical Help: Problems BEFORE entering the game / The server is down

I don\'t know why it\'s down, but it\'s been down for most of today (April the 22nd).

No-one on IRC seems to know what went wrong, how serious it is or when the server is coming up.

Additionally, I have no control over it, I\'m probably newer to this game than you are.

Such is life.
