Newbie Help (Start Here) / Help, Question on Armor.

Ok, I was wondering what the diferences of the armor are? is it just medium as more protection then light and heavy more the medium? or is there more to it. I did use the search and could not find any thing, also what armor shows on a Kran? I put Light armor on him and it dosen't show, J/W.
