Technical Help: IN GAME bugs (after loading world) / All hairs are grey

All the hairs on all the characters who have changable haircolour are grey. They are textured, but its just the gray hair texture.
I reinstalled, and i still have all grey hairs.

Is this an installation error, or something else?

When you first make an account for Illarion it asks you RP questions so it prevents not rpers from playing the game (kindof)
I've never played the game, but it might be fun to try sometime.
There are usually under 30 players online... so its pretty small...

When i first start planeshift, the screen turns grey, and then is closes. Same with the updater.

I recently downloaded the new client and instialled it.
I dont know how to fix it so i'd like a little help?
